Administrative Assistant

Culligan 331TX

Position Overview Culligan is currently seeking an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as an Administrative Assistant. This position reports to the manager. They oversee daily office operations for the branch and assist with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Maintain and update large datasets in Excel, create and manage reports, and ensure data accuracy for decision-making. Use Excel-based calendars to coordinate meetings, events, and staff schedules Perform accurate data entry and run basic to intermediate data analysis to support departmental needs. Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports, often using Excel-generated data. Manage mail, supplies, travel arrangements, and general office support Assist dispatch team when needed. Requires attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently while supporting team goals. Qualifications Experience with project management tools or CRM systems. Dispatching experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word. Able to troubleshoot different company programs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
