Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, providing them a secure environment for discussing their thoughts, feelings, and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals who are experiencing life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families. Our clients often face psychological distress related to grief, loss, and the emotional challenges associated with end-of-life care. You will play a crucial role in facilitating acceptance and emotional healing, ensuring clients can cherish their memories and relationships while coping with imminent changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• A demonstrated history of at least two (2) years of clinical experience in a counseling capacity, with preferred experience of five (5) years.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial in creating rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Familiarity with technology, including proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
