Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with clients in a hospice setting, giving you the opportunity to support individuals facing serious health challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. It is vital to approach every individual with sensitivity and tailored care to help them navigate difficult emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
