Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess the psychological, emotional, and behavioral health of clients, guiding individualized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Monitor and document the progress of clients’ treatment plans through regular follow-ups and case reviews to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• A passed score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, with a preference for experience with AVATAR.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus as an added incentive.
