Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, while ensuring effective time management and documentation protocols are met consistently.

• Documenting all sessions according to company policy, including treatment plan updates, session notes, and additional diagnostic assessments.
