This remote position facilitates a telehealth practice that allows you to connect with clients from the comfort and safety of your home or any location you choose. Our innovative telehealth setting eliminates traditional barriers to care, providing you the opportunity to reach a wider range of clients, including those who may be unable to access in-person therapy due to various constraints. You will receive extensive support from our administrative team, which handles operational tasks like billing, client scheduling, and marketing. This support enables you to focus entirely on what you do best—therapizing.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality mental health care through the following responsibilities:

• Directly engaging with clients to collaboratively define and achieve the goals of their treatment plan.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs and progress.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual treatment plans.

• Providing prevention-oriented therapy that equips clients with coping strategies and resilience skills.

• Maintaining thorough, accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals, to provide integrated care.

• Participating in regular staff meetings to foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
