Position Overview:


Our client is a hospital located in Cleveland, Ohio and is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our care

team. As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients with a focus on assessment, health

education, disease prevention and as well as early intervention and support for chronic health conditions. RN participated in a team-

centered care in the community within the facility and in the promotion of continuing, family-centered care in the community.Job duties:
•Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
•Priority nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient's condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately.
•Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
•Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
•Leads the nursing team in the delivery of patient care collaborating with other disciplines to facilitate achievement of planned and

Requirements

Job requirement:
•Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) or (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

(Preferred)
•Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
•Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License Upon Hire (Required)
•Completed Step 1 Critical Care Competencies Course
•Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire (Required)
•Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
•Wide range of experience working in critical care specialties including cardiac and cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, renal, and GI

surgery.
