Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. Provide information regarding products, services, and company offerings. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests. Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow company guidelines and service procedures. Build positive relationships through professional communication. Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
