Major Accounts District Manager Upmarket Accounts

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities, drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for businesses with 150-999 employees, manage complete sales cycles, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards. Qualifications Proven Winner – a strong track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive Self‑Starter – upbeat, persistent, able to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone. Confidently Fearless – embraces opportunities, takes risks, and challenges the status quo. Entrepreneurial Spirit – natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly. Trusted Advisor – builds relationships, lives with integrity, and delivers on promises every time. Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience. Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Military experience – teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality help build client relationships and achieve success. Base salary: $63,800.00 – $102,200.00 / Year, with additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
