Compensation: $72,000–$78,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

A successful, high-volume fast-casual restaurant concept in the Nashville market is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and maintain strong hospitality, food quality, and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a turnaround opportunity. The restaurant is performing well, the culture is strong, and the existing leadership team is highly engaged. The next Restaurant Manager will step into a positive operation with established systems and help build on the success already in place.

Located in one of Nashville's energetic neighborhoods, the restaurant serves a loyal mix of local residents, professionals, students, and repeat guests. This is a hands-on leadership role for a manager who enjoys being on the floor, coaching people, creating positive guest experiences, and maintaining operational consistency during busy service periods.

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience
• Background in high-volume fast-casual or casual dining environments
• Strong leadership presence and confident team communication
• Experience coaching, training, and developing team members

• Experience supporting staffing, scheduling, labor management, and daily restaurant operations
• High standards for hospitality, food quality, food safety, and cleanliness

• Help maintain a positive guest experience during high-volume service periods
• Drive accountability and consistent operational standards
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to support restaurant performance and culture
• Serve as leader on duty during assigned shifts

• Base Salary: $72,000–$78,000
