Title: Client Relations Manager

We are seeking a polished, service driven Client Relations Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality and executive administrative support This position is suited for someone who anticipates and assumes client needs before they arise, operating with an exceptional level of detail, organization, and discretion. Client Relations Manager will oversee personalized hospitality and facilities operations; ensuring seamless execution of all services. This position supports a client with high expectations for professionalism, accountability, and performance. The ideal candidate will be confident, dependable, and take pride in their work.

Job Duties:

Deliver exceptional, white-glove concierge services to executive clientele.

Anticipate client needs and proactively provide tailored, seamless solutions.

Provide executive administrative support including event scheduling, correspondence, and logistics.

Manage, mentor, and develop an elite team of professionals. Some oversight to Boston and Minnesota offices (400 Employees) ensuring consistent delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with premium vendors, partners, and service providers.

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail and organization across all client interactions and operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or executive-level clients.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high level of detail and organization.

Experience managing and developing high-performing concierge or hospitality teams.

Must be willing to work onsite in Richmond Office

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

Success in this role requires someone who is open to direct feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
