Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workplace operations, including facilities, mail services, hospitality, and vendor management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace issues and ensure timely resolution of service concerns.
• Lead workplace projects, office moves, and space reconfigurations from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining high service standards.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and workplace service quality.
• Oversee office space utilization, maintenance needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate workplace updates and operational changes to leadership and employees.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

• Experience in workplace operations, facilities management, office services, or a related corporate environment.
• Strong project management and vendor management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
