This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. Your primary work hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts when needed based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual needs and treatment goals of patients seeking assistance with substance use disorders.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions, focusing on personalized therapeutic interventions.

• Lead group therapy sessions, encouraging a supportive atmosphere where patients can share experiences and strategies for recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure a cohesive approach to integrated care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional bonuses may be available based on performance metrics.
