Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to identify individual needs, strengths, and challenges, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.

• Provide high-quality counseling services and health education that empower students to better manage their mental health and navigate life challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with students and an interdisciplinary team, focusing on evidence-based approaches, behavior modification, and effective coping strategies.

• Engage in goal-setting sessions with students to support their mental health objectives, whether they involve dealing with anxiety, depression, or other chronic conditions.

• Accurately document all patient interactions, progress notes, and care plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system in a timely manner.

You will work with children and adolescents, addressing issues such as learning disabilities, behavioral concerns, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
