Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling services to a diverse range of clients, focusing on their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adults addressing various concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship dynamics, and midlife transitions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Facilitate therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality, and privacy, and fostering a supportive environment.

• Monitor client progress using assessment tools and adjust treatment plans as necessary, offering continuous support to help clients navigate and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including referrals to specialists when appropriate, ensuring clients receive holistic support.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience is required.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
