Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders in clients, ensuring personalized care plans are created.

• Collaborate with clients in the development of individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate improvement in mental health.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, effectively communicating treatment options and self-care techniques.

• Monitor and document clients' treatment progress meticulously, adjusting plans as needed to enhance effectiveness and meet clinical goals.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare team members to provide integrated care plans.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field to continuously optimize therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of each client's treatment journey, meeting all compliance standards.

• Participate in case consultations and ongoing professional development to sharpen clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

• Actively advocate for the de-stigmatization of mental health issues and promote a compassionate understanding of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based methodologies for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.

• Strong capability to understand psychopharmacological interventions and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Track record of achieving positive clinical outcomes in treating mood disorders with tact and empathy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
