Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to accurately determine a client’s mental health status and needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other solution-focused techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work predominantly with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We emphasize culturally competent care and strive to understand our clients’ diverse backgrounds, integrating these elements into our therapeutic processes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant disciplines such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong communication skills characterized by empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing responsibilities with effective time management.

• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.

This position offers competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 , commensurate with caseload and experience.
