Junior Account Manager

Job Details Junior Account Brookville Mon-Fri 35hrs flex Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required as well as computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assists in maintaining and reporting of fiscal operations of the agency. Analyzes and reconciles bank statements and intercompany general ledgers. Assists in monthly and year end tasks, including preparation for audit. Assists in agency-wide budget preparation using past financial statements and projected Assists in maintaining the Accounting department files. Assists in completion of reports submitted to various state agencies for appropriate reimbursement to the agency. Scans files and uploads digital copies to the database. Performs special projects as assigned by the accounting staff. Performs all other related duties as requested by supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
