You'll be supported.In this role, you'll:* Maintain and optimize Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system, network, and application issues* Deploy patches, upgrades, and system improvements* Support Kubernetes and containerized workloads* Assist with security controls, backups, and disaster recovery* Create and maintain clear, useful documentation* Participate in infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects**What We're Looking For**We're not looking for perfection. We're looking for capability, curiosity, and accountability.You'll be a great fit if you have:* 2+ years of systems administration experience* Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Azure, and Kubernetes* Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash)* A solid understanding of security best practices and system hardening* Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skillsCertifications are a plus, especially:* Microsoft Azure Administrator* Linux+ or RHCSA* VMware VCTA / VCP* CKA / CKAD**About the Company**At Wisenbaker, we don't just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up.
