Work Environment\n

This remote position provides the flexibility to manage your schedule while focusing on the positive mental health outcomes of your clients. Although the primary work setting will be from home, occasional in-person meetings may be required to enhance team collaboration or engage in training opportunities. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the potential need for evening or weekend availability based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing a trusting and therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.

  • Conducting regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriate timing for discharge.

  • Developing and implementing tailored, person-centered treatment plans that align with the unique goals of each client.

  • Keeping comprehensive and timely documentation for all client interactions and progress notes to ensure continuity and quality of care.

  • Performing detailed intake assessments to gather pertinent information and guide treatment strategies.

  • Providing individual therapy sessions weekly, facilitating a safe environment for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.

  • Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills, share experiences, and improve overall practice.

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, you will engage with a variety of clients, including individuals and families navigating mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license, maintaining an independent and active status.
