Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support and interventions for low acuity adult clients presenting with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief.

• Schedule and conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video conferencing, audio calls, and other digital communications.

• Utilize our all-in-one telehealth platform to document client progress, track therapy goals, and maintain active communication with clients through innovative tools such as online journals and clinical worksheets.

• Exercise your professional judgment to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Cross-reference client needs with available resources within the platform to ensure optimal support and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a full independent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California, free from any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment and expertise are rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
