Executive Assistant - Hospitality

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, Minnesota, is seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at its tribal-owned entertainment destination. The role manages executive calendars, schedules meetings, prepares correspondence and presentations, coordinates travel and expenses, maintains confidential records, and tracks follow-up on key priorities. The successful candidate communicates professionally with leaders, team members, guests, and community partners, and coordinates across casino, hotel, dining, entertainment, and resort operations. Strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills are essential; prior executive administrative experience is preferred, with hospitality experience an advantage.
