Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexibility while working in a hospice care facility context, where you will connect with clients both through phone consultations and, when needed, in-person visits. Although the primary work setting is remote, opportunities for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community partners are abundant. You will engage in regular training, supervision, and meetings to foster communication and stay aligned with best practices within the field. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients via telehealth platforms and face-to-face meetings to assess their needs and gather detailed information on their situations.

• Develop actionable treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring to address specific concerns related to mental health, domestic issues, or substance use.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide crisis intervention and emotional support during challenging moments.

• Actively refer clients to community resources, agencies, and support services to facilitate their journey toward recovery and improved quality of life.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to share insights, collaborate on cases, and enhance overall service quality.

• Monitor for signs of child abuse and escalating mental health crises, ensuring timely and appropriate intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The majority of our clients face complex life situations that include but are not limited to mental health issues, domestic violence, substance abuse by parents or guardians, and the trauma of neglect. The LCSW will have the crucial role of establishing a trustworthy relationship with clients and their families, offering them a safe space to express their concerns and work collaboratively towards healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker designation.

• Proven ability to demonstrate compassion, active listening, and emotional regulation in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
