Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families to identify challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating joint therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual counseling to each family member.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as family conflict, grief and loss, and adjustment problems related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Creating personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing communication and resolving conflicts among family members.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various issues such as:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency

• Recovery from physical and psychological trauma

• Grief and bereavement counseling
\n
• Family dynamics and sibling conflicts

• Adjustment to blended family situations and remarriage

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
