Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Bookkeeper: family office / partnerships. HUD (Housing and Urban Development) multifamily experience. MUST have experience working with partnership or family office setting.
- Manage the office, manage files, insurance, cut checks for partners, deal with yearly distributions, monitor real estate tax liabilities, etc.
- Oversee outsourced payroll and accounting functions.
