Job Description About this role WILDBIRD – Better Chicken for Better Communities At WILDBIRD, we make real food from scratch every day — fresh, fast, and full of flavor. We're on a mission to build healthier communities and leave people better than we found them. What You'll Do Lead the team during your shift — manage flow, delegate tasks, and keep energy high. Handle opening/closing procedures including cash reconciliation and inventory. Coach and develop team members, resolve conflicts, and maintain WILDBIRD standards. Step in on any station as needed to keep service running smoothly.
