Embark On Talent is continuing to support a fast-growing women's health prescription-led medical device company as it grows its government sales team. The product is an at-home device that reaches patients through a DME (durable medical equipment) model.

\n

\n

The roles are to sell inside the VA Health System, (with military treatment facilities to follow.) The territories are already established and carefully built out, and so these positions are to build on that work by further landing new contracts. You will be driving adoption and utilization by getting in front of the right VA clinicians in Family Medicine and Women's Health to build demand, and orchestrate the many moving pieces of the government system so that demand turns into a device in the patient's hands.

Every facility is different, and the barriers (whether purchasing, access, or women's health simply not being front of mind), are yours to find and remove.

What you'll be doing

\n

\n
• Owning your territory and growing utilization across an established territory.
\n
• Getting in front of VA clinicians in Family Medicine and Women's Health to build demand and drive prescriptions.
\n
• Working the government machinery behind each order: identifying the often unadvertised key stakeholders, navigating purchasing and access, and clearing barriers.
\n
• Opening new facilities and accounts, and deepening the ones already in play.
\n
• Feeding real market insight back to a lean commercial team.
\n
• Later, extending the same motion onto military treatment facilities as TRICARE access grows.
\n

Essential experience

\n

\n
• Extensive experience selling DME (durable medical equipment) into the government space.
\n
• A track record in government or federal healthcare sales.
\n
• A working command of the prescription-to-fulfillment world, where insurance verification, documentation and reimbursement decide whether a sale closes.
\n

\n

\n

What else helps

\n

\n
• Experience calling on military treatment facilities or active-duty settings (installation access, sponsorship, TRICARE and the referral process), given where the territory is heading.
\n
• Established relationships in Family Medicine, OB/GYN or women's health.
\n
• A hunter who opens doors at provider, facility and system level.
\n
• Comfort in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
\n

Additional details

\n

\n
• Location: field-based.
\n
• Travel: around 75% to cover the territory.
\n
• Base salary $100,000 to $135,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, with a full benefits package.
\n
• Individual contributor role reporting into senior commercial leadership.
\n
