Description
The Operations Manager will oversee payroll administration and day-to-day office operations for the New York office. This individual will serve as a key operational resource, interacting regularly with contractors, employees, and internal stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll-related activities and ensure payroll accuracy
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Supervise and support at least one direct report
- Serve as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries
- Communicate with contractors and internal stakeholders on a daily basis
- Resolve operational issues independently and escalate when appropriate
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
- Support leadership with operational reporting and process execution
- Maintain a professional and service-oriented office environment
