Administrative Assistant/Customer Support Specialist

Our client is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Customer Support Specialist for their company located in Southwest Houston (Meyerland area). The ideal candidate would be a well-organized and detail oriented individual with strong communication skills who is able to work well in a team dynamic. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year. Duties / Responsibilities: Professional communication and responding to inquiries from customers, sales representatives, and distributors. Provide sales support to sales representatives and distributors. Assist with shipping and receiving of products (FedEx, UPS, DHL). Assist with Quality Assurance to make sure products meet applicable quality standards. Perform accurate data entry of inspections, shipments, and inventory transactions into ERP system. Work in a team dynamic along with customer service, logistics, quality, and sales departments. Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals. Requirements: Some college preferred. Previous administrative assistant and/or customer service experience strongly preferred. Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus. Excellent organizational skills.
