Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Family Care, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address unique challenges and goals, integrating client input and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space where clients can express themselves and work towards recovery.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver seamless and coordinated care, participating in regular case reviews and team meetings.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering understanding and encouraging active participation in the recovery process.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality care.

Your work will involve serving a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a need for at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated specialized training or experience in therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health.
