Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state.
• Background in school-based OT services, with knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and goal-setting for students.
• Experience with home health therapy and broader healthcare settings is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a caseload with a focus on tailored, student-centered interventions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy or COTA services on-site in a school environment.
• Deliver compensatory services according to an established plan, ensuring all goals and required service hours are met.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ access to education.
• Maintain clear records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes, in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Adapt interventions appropriately to meet the individual needs of each student.
