Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, employing therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals, and navigating them through challenges they may face in their mental health journey.

• Utilize our therapist portal to manage client appointments, track progress, and access ongoing training and development resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with consist of individuals who have been pre-screened to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling. Our focus is on maintaining a good-fit between therapist and client, facilitating effective treatment while addressing a variety of mental health issues in a supportive manner. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and valid licenses in the State of California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 115,000 and 130,000, depending on your hours worked and experience level.
