This role sits within a high-caliber, collaborative environment supporting a diversified platform across hedge funds, private equity, and venture strategies. The position offers exposure to complex, high-impact legal matters and close partnership with senior business leaders. Employee Benefits Attorney will be responsible for… Advising internal stakeholders on the legal and commercial aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits Drafting, negotiating, and analyzing compensation arrangements, including cash and equity plans Supporting the design and implementation of employee benefits programs Researching and advising on legal issues across the firm’s existing businesses and new initiatives Providing guidance on regulatory and compliance considerations related to compensation structures Employee Benefits Attorney should have the following qualifications: JD and strong academic background 4+ years of relevant experience in executive compensation and benefits (law firm and/or in-house) Experience drafting complex compensation arrangements, ideally within financial services or investment management Familiarity with ERISA and the Affordable Care Act preferred Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills with high attention to detail This firm offers a highly competitive compensation package within a top-tier investment platform.
