Service Coordinator

Overview Be a part of our mission as a Service Coordinator in Trane Technologies in Maitland, FL. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing activities of operational resources to execute service agreements and repair work. Responsibilities Coordinate service resources, dispatch, and assign team members to projects. Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability. Interact and communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign and dispatch technicians. Coordinate operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests. Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward paperwork to Project Administrators, and produce various reports. Qualifications Certificate or degree from college or technical school with one year related experience and/or training, or three years of related experience and/or training with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates without a four‑year degree are encouraged to apply. Excellent customer‑service skills, comfortable and effective on the phone. Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize interruptions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required. Preferred: familiarity with operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls. Compensation Annual base salary range: $43,541.66 – $61,179.99. Compensation type: hourly; incentive eligible: no; sales commission: no.
