What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will:

• Partner with managers to drive employee development and performance excellence.
• Mentor leaders on best practices related to coaching, engagement, and talent development.
• Administer and support the organization's performance management program.
• Advise leadership on employee relations matters, including hiring decisions and terminations.
• Provide guidance on employee behavior, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop succession planning strategies.
• Support initiatives that drive employee retention, engagement, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Perform additional HR-related duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of performance management and talent development practices.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to balance business objectives with employee needs.
