Client Systems Operations specialists ensure software and hardware behind airpower and ground operations function properly, including repairing and troubleshooting issues and installing necessary programs to complete missions as needed. Responsibilities Provide information technology support. Install and configure software systems and applications. Report and correct security incidents. Establish preventive, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures.
