What You'll Do:

• Support project leads and coordinate activities across project lifecycles
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Assign tasks and track progress across cross-functional teams
• Prepare reports on project status, risks, and performance trends
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce project costs
• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure project success

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and priorities
