Tropicana Headquarters 525 W Van Buren St Suite 1100 Chicago, IL 60607, USA Description Key Responsibilities: Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to support the Human Resources department & Talent Acquisition team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met. This role will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified professionals to fill positions within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, sourcing, interviewing, and working closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the recruitment of highly skilled candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming needs and priorities Ability and confidence to hire for roles across any of our functions, including Corporate and Supply Chain roles, nationwide Lead and inspire the candidate experience; collaborate with internal interview teams to train, advise, and deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflects TBG values - Grit, Go, Grow.
