Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual interviews to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Facilitate online psychoeducational workshops and support groups to create a sense of community among clients dealing with shared mental health concerns.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless and integrated treatment pathways for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services through telecommunication methods, helping clients navigate mental health emergencies with a compassionate approach.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies, ensuring all client records are kept confidential and up to date.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
