This role is designed for licensed mental health therapists who thrive in a remote work setting while supporting our Community Health Clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records by utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for ongoing documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care and develop integrated treatment plans.

• Engage in professional development through regular training and workshops, staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safe and appropriate care is delivered promptly.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
