Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver care remotely, ensuring high-quality therapeutic experiences.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with LifeStance Health, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise in addressing a variety of mental health challenges—ranging from relationship issues to behavioral disorders—will be paramount in fostering healing and growth in your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

• At least three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
