Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial services location, including lobbies, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned. Monitor access points and visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or other concerning behavior while maintaining a professional presence. Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
