This position offers a remote work setting that provides a comfortable atmosphere for both staff and clients. Our clinic employs a digital platform to facilitate therapy sessions, allowing for seamless communication and documentation. You will be part of a supportive team of professionals dedicated to mental health care, participating in regular virtual meetings and consultations to discuss cases and share best practices. Flexibility in your scheduled hours may be necessary based on the needs of your clients, but a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is generally expected.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Accurately assess client needs through interviews and diagnostic assessments to inform effective treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to adapt therapeutic techniques that align with each client’s goals, building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Document each therapy session thoroughly and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with peers, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes across disciplines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
