Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges presented by clients, ensuring alignment with their values and aspirations.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including thorough progress notes and treatment summaries, to track client progress over time and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, training, and supervision to stay current on the latest practices in therapeutic interventions and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including teenagers navigating adolescent challenges and adults dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and relationship difficulties. Your work will be essential in driving positive change within their lives, addressing conditions related to mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is required.

• Must possess an active and valid mental health license in the state of Pennsylvania (options include LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
