About the Role Introhive is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a dynamic job opportunity in North America. As a rapidly growing scale-up, Introhive offers an exciting, diverse daily experience with ample room for personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for research and exceptional organizational abilities, coupled with a thirst for continuous learning.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in Introhive's expansion, working closely with the VP for North America and collaborating with a dedicated team to cultivate a robust customer base spanning diverse industries. Your contributions as an Account Manager will significantly impact our success by fostering and nurturing customer relationships within the Legal industry. The Account Manager role is responsible for the success of Introhive's existing Legal customers by developing trusted relationships within accounts, creating new opportunities via Introhive's portfolio of products, and driving revenue growth & retention. Location Remote - Open to candidates located in the Northeast, Midwest, or Mid-Atlantic United States, or Eastern Canada. Responsibilities
- Focusing on customer satisfaction, growth and renewals.
- Win new business and incremental revenue with existing clients
- Meet and exceed quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Accurately forecast for your territory
- Identify and engage key customer stakeholders
- Initiate proactive discussions to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and ensure key stakeholders are aware of Introhive's value proposition
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop account plans and strategies that promote revenue growth and expand market share within these accounts.
- Aim to exceed expectations with every interaction, contributing significantly to Introhive's market reputation as we scale and adapt our products to meet the needs of the Legal industry.
- Present, pitch, and run product demonstrations as required
- Self-generate client opportunities
- Serve as the advocate and representative of the customer to the product team and other cross-functional groups.
- Research customers and uncover potential new business and opportunities
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage all pertinent information related to leads and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product features
- Gain an in-depth product mastery of the Introhive platform
- Travel required to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a successful SaaS sales role
- Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across the broader sales organization to help win deals
- Demonstrated success with cross-sell, upsell, renewal and expansion of SaaS territory
- Experience with SaaS B2B sales
- Formal training in Sales methodologies (SPICED, MEDDPPIC)
- Experience in working with partners and building pipeline from existing contacts and relationships in the territory
- A passion for business development, marketing, and relationship-building
- Positive attitude and the desire to deliver and win
- Ability to work in both autonomous and collaborative environments
