Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mood disorder symptoms, understanding their intensity, frequency, and duration to develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring these plans are revisited and revised as necessary.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective client progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to individuals and families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the process.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and respond dynamically to their therapeutic needs by adjusting treatment interventions accordingly.
