This position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule and maintain a balanced work-life routine. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare practitioners to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Implement and refine therapeutic techniques based on client feedback and evolving best practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with adults and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will empower clients to articulate their feelings, develop coping strategies, and navigate through their healing journeys, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills with a focus on evidence-based practices.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a licensed therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Experience working with families and children in therapy settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
