HR Operations Specialist

About the Opportunity Join a global, financially stable consumer products company as part of a lean, high visibility HR team. This is a hands on HR Operations role for someone who wants ownership over the full employee lifecycle, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to make an immediate impact in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our client is a well established licensee developing, manufacturing, and distributing prestige products for a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, with distribution in over 120 countries. What You'll Do Manage the HR inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and route requests to the right team member Support onboarding, offboarding, and pre-boarding processes Maintain accurate employee records including status changes, life events, and org updates Manage leave programs, worker's compensation cases, and accommodation requests Administer benefits enrollment, changes, terminations, and COBRA management Support open enrollment processes and annual benefits renewals Process benefit invoices across medical, dental, vision, and commuter programs, reconciling against budget Assist with payroll inputs, merit increases, and salary adjustments Maintain HRIS data, dashboards, and org charts Support compliance reporting including EEOC, BLS, OSHA, and IRS filings Prepare HR reports including PTO and termination tracking Draft HR communications, support recognition programs and company events Support special HR projects and end of year processes What We're Looking For Hands on experience with ADP is required Proven experience with benefits administration, including enrollment and COBRA management Background in a small, fast paced HR team, ideally within a company of 200 to 500 employees Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion A self starter who's comfortable managing multiple priorities at once What's On Offer Base salary of $75,000 to $80,000 Bonus opportunity based on personal and business performance Robust healthcare, insurance, and benefit options 401K with company match Paid time off including vacation, personal, holiday, and sick days Complimentary access to LinkedIn Learning for professional development Entrepreneurial, low hierarchy environment with regular C-suite visibility Hybrid schedule, with one remote day per week Hoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
