Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and strengths, leading to the development of individualized therapy plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, and major life transitions. Our clients include families facing challenges due to relationship issues, parenting struggles, and the impact of trauma. Your involvement will be crucial in guiding them toward resilience and improved relational functioning.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Maryland.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing evidence-based clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
