Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Winston-Salem, NC

Field-based specialty representative position focused on psychiatry sales in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves executing brand strategy, managing territory accounts, and building customer relationships to drive sales performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance and financial targets to meet or exceed assigned objectives and KPIs
- Develop and execute call plans optimizing territory coverage and frequency to key accounts
- Build customer relationships by proactively addressing needs and handling objections to achieve agreements
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speakers to maximize brand performance
- Gather and share market intelligence with team and management to inform strategy execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 5+ years equivalent industry experience with 3+ in pharmaceutical/health sector
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Meet all HCIR credentialing requirements including background checks, immunization proof, and state-specific licenses
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen with strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to identify and adapt to customer styles and operate effectively in matrix environments
